| Toby Hecht, CEO & Founder
Mr. Hecht is the founder and CEO of The Aji Network. He is the designer and principal teacher of The Business Professional's Course and The LEIP Program as well as other workshops, seminars, papers and DVDs offered by The Aji Network. He has taught more than 3,000 business owners, executives, managers, salespeople and expert individual performers to compete for incomes, capital-at-work for retirement and enterprise value in the top 1% of the marketplace while also being able to live a good life.
Mr. Hecht is a graduate of Tulane University. In his thirties he studied philosophy for four years with Dr. Fernando Flores in his Ontological Design Course. While studying philosophy he learned the meaning and mechanics of accumulating power in the marketplace. Dr. Fernando Flores is a Chilean scholar and author, high government official, and pioneering business-management philosopher and practitioner.
Mr. Hecht is a businessman, who teaches from real-world experience. Underpinning his teaching is more than thirty years of experience as a successful business owner. As an entrepreneur, he has started, led and succeeded with three business enterprises. The first was recreational with multiple locations and more than 5000 customers. The second was a chain of retail computer stores whose flagship store was located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the most competitive computer sales environment in the world at the time. The business was judged to be the best in the country by I.B.M., DEC and Macy's. The third is his current educational business, The Aji Network.
For several years, he was a "key-faculty" member at General Electric's renowned Crotonville Management Development Institute.
A prolific writer, Mr. Hecht has authored more than 350 assignments, papers and DVDs for his customers and students about accumulating and using power in the marketplace to fulfill their business missions and personal ambitions.
"We teach students of The Aji Network uncommon knowledge and uncommon sense that is necessary for producing competitive advantage, identity, autonomy and organization that is powerful enough to perform in the top 1% of the marketplace", Mr. Hecht says. "We teach students to accumulate power during their careers so that they are able to fulfill their financial, career, business and lifestyle ambitions. Always," he adds, "we remember that the most important reason for studying with us and learning to accumulate power is for the sake of living a good life."
